High-end sci-fi and fantasy production is often too expensive and resource-heavy for mid-tier productions, limiting ambition and accessibility.
Approach
Developed a "Lean VFX Pipeline" using LiDAR and photogrammetry to capture real-world environments and create reusable master assets across TV, game engines and virtual production workflows.
Outcome
Reduced production costs and environmental impact by minimising repeat site visits. Created a scalable model for producing high-quality genre content within a regional production ecosystem.
