Grassroots sport suffers from "invisible data." Organisations lack insight into participation, drop-off and engagement, making it difficult to allocate funding effectively.
Approach
Developed a system using QR/NFC check-ins combined with a reward-driven engagement loop. Designed anonymised data capture to generate participation insights and socioeconomic heatmaps.
Outcome
Enabled data-driven decision-making for funding and strategy. AI-driven detection of drop-off patterns allows for early intervention and personalised re-engagement.
